Jimmie Bucci Dies in Allegheny Township wreck
Allegheny County, Pennsylvania (July 31, 2017) – An elderly man from Lawrence County was killed in a two-car Allegheny Township Crash on Wednesday, according to the police.
The fatal crash took place just before noon, July 26, on Route 356 at White Cloud Road.
The man identified as Jimmie Bucci aged 89 years old from Ellwood City died when his motorcycle, a three-wheeled Harley –Davidson, was hit by a pickup truck.
Police mentioned that Bucci was making a left turn from white Cloud and pulled out in front of a pickup on Route 356.
Ryan Barron, 42, of Buffalo Township driving the truck was not hurt, as per the township police.
Bucci was thrown from the motorcycle following the crash. He was wearing a helmet at the time of the crash. He was transported to Allegheny Valley Hospital but died while receiving treatment.
Route 356 and White Cloud were closed to allow an investigation and clearance of the scene.
An investigation into the crash was underway.
